"A no compromise General Contractor"

At first, Gagan and Sarah were focused on having only a few cosmetic items done such as painting to a study downstairs. But as Scott began to do the work, it became apparent to Gagan and Sarah that he could do so much more for them. In the kitchen, customized cabinetry with new slides and slide-out trays were installed along with a new gas cooktop and downdraft exhaust fan.

There were several issues that needed a competent diagnosis with an efficient and economic solution to each of the problems being a priority. Existing malfunctions that were found included inadequate dryer venting that was upgraded. And a blocked outside underground drainage system that required concrete cutting, removal and replacement. Several electrical faults and deficiencies were detected and were corrected with a fabulous looking new chandelier installed in the foyer. With these issues being completely resolved, the peace of mind and security they now have helps Gagan and Sarah sleep at night in their newly renovated home.

Also in the backyard, a Gazebo was constructed along with the necessary services to facilitate the introduction of an outdoor kitchen sometime in the near future. Other miscellaneous services that were provided as part of this project, were the installation of some creature comfort items and artwork that really turned the house into a home, one they could be very proud of.

The Smith & Sons team made the renovation process enjoyable and rewarding for Gagan and Sarah. And now that the work is done and the project is complete, Gagan and Sarah can look forward to enjoying the company of family and friends in their newly renovated home for many years to come.
